As we continue to grow and improve our customer experience, we have decided to retire our current loyalty program and make way for something new.
Behind the scenes, we are working on an exciting new concept that will bring even more value, inspiration, and benefits to our community across our brand.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOUR EXISTING COINS?
From 15 July 2026, you will no longer earn new loyalty coins with purchases at WE ARE LABELS.
Your existing loyalty coins remain valid and can still be redeemed until 15 January 2027, both online and in-store.
We encourage you to use your remaining loyalty coins before 15 January 2027, when the current loyalty programme will officially come to an end.
We would like to sincerely thank all members who have been part of our loyalty program over the years. Your support of WE ARE LABELS means a lot to us.
This is not goodbye to rewards, it's the beginning of something new. We look forward to sharing more details with you soon.
