Where can I buy We are Labels products?
Our collections are available in selected physical stores. Visit our Stores page or contact us for further details.
Do you sell products online?
No. We Are Labels does not operate an online webshop. Our website is for brand and informational purposes only.
Do you ship products?
No, we do not offer shipping services through this website.
Can I return or exchange items bought from We Are Labels?
Returns and exchanges are handled by the store or retailer where the item was purchased. Please contact the original point of sale for their return policy.
Do you have a newsletter?
Yes. You can sign up for our newsletter to receive brand updates and news. You can
unsubscribe at any time.
In-Store Purchase
Can I return item(s) bought in store?
Items can only be swapped with the original receipt within 7 days*, only if the items are in good condition. This means that the items cannot be damaged, dirty, washed or worn and all tags are still attached to the item.
Lingerie and Jewellery cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
All Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
You can return your item for a different product or store credit in the form of a gift card, but we do not provide refunds to the original payment method.
I bought a damaged item in store, what can I do?
Damaged products can be returned if you're able to prove that you have used the items normally, as intended, and you still have the original receipt.
We use the warranty by law for all broken products.
We always try to repair the product/item whenever possible. If not, we will provide you with a new product/item.
Promotions
When are the promotions?
Besides the summer and winter sale, we are running promotions from time to time.

LOYALTY PROGRAM ENDING FAQs
Can I still collect coins?
No. From 15 July 2026, customers will no longer earn new coins from purchases.
Can I still use my existing coins?
Yes. Any loyalty coins you have already collected will remain available and can still be redeemed until 15 January 2027 during the transition period. After this date, any unused loyalty coins will expire, and the current loyalty program will officially end. Account.
Until when can I use my coins?
Existing coins can be redeemed until 15 January 2027. After this date, the current loyalty program will officially close.
Can I combine my coins with other discounts or promotions?
Coins cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. If a promotion is running, you may need to choose which benefit you would like to use.
What happens to my coins if I return an item?
If you return an item, coins earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If you used coins on an order that is returned, the coins will be credited back to your account during the active transition period.
What happens to my membership level?
The current membership levels - Rookie, Friend, Best Friend, and Family - have been discontinued as of 15 July 2026, along with their associated benefits. Your wallet will remain active, and any existing loyalty coins can still be redeemed until 15 January 2027.
Can I transfer my coins to someone else?
No. Coins are personal and cannot be transferred to another account.
Will there be a new loyalty program?
We are working behind the scenes on a new way to reward our community. More details will follow soon.
